At The Wellscene we love all things health & wellness, so we are bringing the best that London's got to offer together. For one day, on a rooftop.

Come celebrate the Summer with us at London'™s first and only rooftop fitness festival, taking place at a secret rooftop in Paddington.

Expect a day filled with a variety of fitness classes by London'€™s most loved personal trainers and fitness studios, fresh food stalls serving delicious, wholesome and healthy meals, snacks, cold-pressed juices and other refreshments.
Sign up to as many (or as few) classes as you wish and sweat your heart out on our private rooftop with amazing views over West London.

When you'€™re not participating in a class, you can chill out in our lounge area, catch up with friends, grab something to eat or drink, soak up some rays and listen to live music. 

We think it€'s the perfect way to spend a summer's day.

    The Model Method
    The Model Method is an intense combination of Pilates and HIIT that will leave you sweaty, energised and super strong! Pairing the fat burning power of HIIT with the toning of Pilates you will feel muscles you never knew existed whilst strengthening your heart and mind.
  2. The Viking Method

    The Viking Method
    Responsible for sculpting the bodies of none other than Nicole Scherzinger, Suki Waterhouse and Amanda Holden, The Viking Method will have you jumping high up in the sky, crawling along the floor, planking, squatting and kick-boxing your way through a HIIT style workout. All designed to shock the body'€™s metabolism into burning more fat.
  3. Chasing Lights Collective

    Chasing Lights Collective
    ChasingLights is a collective of runners with a strength, conditioning and mobility first approach to training. You'll be challenged with various bodyweight exercises in between running and working as a squad to get across the finish line together. ChasingLights was founded by Chevy Rough, who is also the Strength & Conditioning Coach for one of the worlds largest and original crews, RunDemCrew.

    Faisal Abdalla
    Faisal is back! Faisal is a master trainer at Barry's Bootcamp, Nike Elevated Trainer and a personal trainer of many amazing people (Ellie Goulding is one of them). He has got the most infectious positive energy and the ability to push you to your limits. So, get ready for a high energy fitness class that will make you sweat by the buckets.
  5. Paola's BodyBarre: Cardio Floor Barre

    Paola's BodyBarre: Cardio Floor Barre
    This is a BARRE CLASS without the BARRE. The fast moving class will have you performing ballet movements interspersed with intervals of HIIT and functional training. The class is ever moving, allowing each movement to flow from one movement to the next, which will keep your heart rate up! Expect to improve your posture, core strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and muscle tone. Get ready for the PBB BURN!
  6. Paola's BodyBarre: Boxerina

    Paola's BodyBarre: Boxerina
    PBB Boxerina® is a highly efficient killer work out that only takes a short amount of time to achieve maximum gain. Similar to HIIT training, Boxing is a high intensity, anaerobically exercise, which increases endurance, muscle mass, metabolism and ability to withstand fatigue. You can expect to burn up to 500 calories for a 50 minute Boxerina® class!
  7. Tonan Bootcamp

    Tonan Bootcamp
    The brainchild of PT Lonan O€'Herlihy and MIC'€™s Tiffany Watson, Tonan Bootcamp is a 45 minute circuit style cardio and strength exercise class followed by a 15 minute stretch that will put your body through its paces and give you the results you've been looking for. A word of warning though - your muscles will ache for days afterwards!

    Roberto is the most sought after Trainer at Heartcore Fitness where he teaches his unique twist of the Heartcore Method on the coreformers and his hugely popular and super challenging TRX/HIIT workouts. He has been responsible for some of the fittest & hottest bodies walking the streets of London. His approach is best defined as Tough Love€™, he will awaken the Warrior inside you, challenging you, but also looking after you at the same time.

    Elissa, celebrity trainer and creator of METcore Pilates at FORM Studios, combines Pilates with Plyometrics (jumping movements) to improve bone density, cognitive health through balance work, building unparalleled core strength and incinerating fat. The results... a LEAN, TONED and OPTIMALLY FUNCTIONING body. Goodbye aches and pains!

All taster sessions are on a walk-in basis and are 15 minutes

Tickets: how it works

1. Select a Festival Ticket. We offer Half Day Tickets or Full Day Tickets

Half Day Tickets will give 1 person access to the festival for, you guessed it, half a day. Choose between a morning (10am - 2pm) or afternoon (2 - 6pm) ticket.

Full Day Tickets will give 1 person access to the festival for the whole day (10am - 6pm)

2. Select the class(es) of your choice

If you have a Half Day Ticket for the morning, you can sign up for the 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm and 1:30pm classes.
Please note: if you sign up for any other classes, you may be denied access. 


If you have a Half Day Ticket for the afternoon, you can sign up for the 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:30pm and 4:30pm classes. 
Please note: if you sign up for any other classes, you may be denied access.


If you have a Full Day Ticket, you can sign up to all classes. 

3. Purchase your tickets

Once you've selected your Festival Ticket + classes you'd like to take part in, click 'next' to go the payment page and purchase your tickets. 
4. Get ready

You'll receive a confirmation email from Billetto with your ticket. This ticket doesn't has the venue's address on it as this is still a secret! We'll be sending you an email with the exact venue details 7 days before the event, so make sure you keep an eye out for it.
